"This hotel surpassed all our expectations. The images and all the reviews could not prepare us for what we experienced. The staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and be gracious in all their interactions with us. The hotel facilities were exceptional. The hotel exterior, the courtyards, rooftop dining room, and pool were beautifully appointed. Our suite was luxurious and had every amenity we could need and as much space as we could ask for. "Our stay at Hotel Helsinki in Jaisalmer was pretty fantastic! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. As we were traveling with elderly parents, comfort and accessibility are paramount to us, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the staff members deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and they were eager to assist us with any inquiries or needs we had. Their recommendations and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel like honored guests. The sunset at their desert camp was spectacular. Our room was an oasis, clean and tastefully decorated with a touch of Rajasthani elegance. The views from our window could be much improved by cleaning up the trash and adding landscaping with native desert plants. The hotel's rooftop restaurant was quite good with excellent service and a variety of authentic Rajasthani dishes. With great views of the fort, we would have enjoyed more comfortable outdoor furniture, but maybe next time! The hotel's location was in walking distance to the city's iconic landmarks and bustling bazaars. "

"This small hotel is in a historic building located inside the fort. Our room 'Red Maharani' had commanding view overlooking Jaisalmer. There is an excellent rooftop restaurant upstairs that has even better views and great food. Breakfast is included. The rooms and the restaurant are accessed through steep stone stairs and thus this hotel (and indeed all of Jaisalmer) are not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Also, i would not recommend this hotel if you have toddlers who misbehave, since the railings are low. This hotel is perfect for adults and those with older children. "
