The villa boasts a private property spanning 1,900 square meters, complete with an angular, heated swimming pool (6 x 4 meters, depth 150 cm) available seasonally from June 1 to September 30\. Relax in the shower/WC area adjacent to the pool. Walking paths and a cycle lane are located within 200 meters of the property, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities.

Within the villa, you'll find a sauna, hot tub (included in the rental), washing machine, and tumble dryer for your convenience. The nearest railway station, "1" railway station, is just 4 kilometers away, making it easily accessible.

Your vacation rental is a spacious 6-room villa spanning 307 square meters across two levels. The living/dining area features comfortable and tasteful furnishings, including a double sofa bed and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and an en-suite bath/shower/WC. The lounge area boasts an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a kitchen corner with an exit to the garden. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and an en-suite shower/WC, as well as an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a separate shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with a range of convenient amenities, including a washing machine, dryer, sauna, iron, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Complimentary logs are provided for the fireplace. Wireless internet (WiFi) is available free of charge. Reserved parking is available for up to 4 cars. The villa also features forced-air heating and underfloor heating for your comfort.  
  
Other Information  
Enjoy outdoor living with a large 32 square meter terrace and an additional 20 square meter terrace, complete with terrace furniture and offering beautiful panoramic views of the lake and valley.
