"I have now stayed at the hotel 3 times and it seems to have lost its shine a little. 1 of the bars / food outlets that was formally in the building now seems to be closed and the breakfast is lacking for Western style food.
It is however extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful pool and gym and rooms are well appointed, it just seems to lack any soul, perhaps being a little too clinical."
"Excellent hotel, very spacious. The only difficulty is language, as an international 5 star hotel there needs to be some more staff that have a better understanding of English."
