### Elegant & Panoramic Villa with Sea View Solarium

Villa Finizia is located in Furore, in the upper part of the town, very close to Agerola at about 1 km, a popular destination for venturing on one of the most beautiful Trekking routes in the world or the Path of the Gods. The property, however, is not far from the beautiful Amalfi, about 10 km away. The property is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys a wonderful panorama, when you observe the summer sunset from its terrace it will almost seem to live a surreal atmosphere given its incredible beauty. Just 5 minutes by car or about 15-20 minutes on foot you can have at your disposal bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, butchers, dairy and tobacconist. The property is accessed through about 40 steps and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There is a reserved parking space available for the structure. The property is furnished with a lot of know-how and is divided as follows, on the 1st floor:  
\- entrance with windows overlooking the sea;  
\- large living room furnished with sofa, armchairs and TV;  
\- American style equipped kitchen, with window and balcony with access to the spacious terrace,  
where guests can enjoy their meals in complete relaxation;  
\- 1 service bathroom.  
An elegant marble staircase leads to the 2nd floor where the sleeping area consisting of:  
\- 1 double bedroom with window overlooking the sea;  
\- 1 double bedroom with balcony;  
\- 1 bathroom with shower;  
\- 1 double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with tub;  
Finally Villa Finizia has 2 beautiful terraces both panoramic, one equipped with gazebo, table and chairs and the other used as a solarium area with deck chairs. These terraces will be the ideal place to enjoy long relaxing moments. To help you discover the beauties of the Amalfi Coast and be sure not to leave anything to chance, we suggest our guests the following Amalfi Coast Tour, Capri Tour, Mozzarella Tour, Pompei and Ercolano Tour, Ceramica & Limoncello Tour, Napoli Tour and many more even more!!! Amalfi Tour Vacation organizes on request: Transfer Service; Rental service (cars, boats and scooters). Dinners on request with private Chef. Cooking Class, you will be given the opportunity to learn the preparation techniques of the typical dishes of our territory. Our goal is to organize an unforgettable holiday.

Providing a fantastic, relaxing experience, this property features an outstanding view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with the seclusion you'd expect from a mountainside home. You can shop at the local markets along the Amalfi coast and prepare your own food, eating out on the terrace and enjoying the view of sea and mountain. You may even be fortunate enough to find a fresh lemon on the tree outside. Or, you can choose to dine at one of the many local restaurants in the villages along the mountainside. One of the hosts is a chef at a local restaurant. Ask about reservations and transportation and enjoy a fine, but relaxed dining experience along the water with deliciously creative cuisine. Return in the evening and unwind in the spacious hot tub.

of 5 perfectly. Incredible views, and the hosts were there for us when needed. If you are looking for an idyllic place to spend any time in the region, that place will not disappoint! Thank you Caterina and Vito for a wonderful vacation. And last thing, their restaurant is amazing as well!

#### Schöne Aussicht - Alte und rustikale Wohnung

Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat war die Sauberkeit. Die Duschbrausen waren teilweise verkalkt und warmes Wasser gab es eins bis zwei mal nicht. Aber auch die Elektrik hatte ein Problem. Das Licht in der Küche ging alle fünf Minuten aus und an. Die Klimageräte haben nur in zwei Räumen funktioniert. Die Aussicht ist himmlisch. Man ist morgens über den Wolken und kann die Wolken von oben über dem Meer betrachten. Amalfi und Positano sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist der Whirlpool, den man mit einem traumhaften Ausblick jeden Morgen oder auch Abend genießen kann.

#### Amazing views

We stayed at the villa for three nights. The property is as advertised. We had beautiful weather and incredible views of the Almafi coast. The home was very clean and comfortable. I saw an older review about there being no towels, toilet paper and uncomfortable beds. That was not the case. The home had all this and more. I would advise for anyone staying here to have a car. We did not and the area is not walkable unless you are ok with risking your life. The roads along the coast are windy and small with no sidewalks and no room for pedestrians. Thankfully out host’s father was gracious enough to drive us to dinner, the market, etc. we hired a taxi to take us to the town of Almafi which was incredible. We hopped a ferry there to see Capri, my favorite day of the trip. The host’s restaurant was lovely as mentioned in other posts. I definitely recommend booking a dinner there.

#### Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Place was clean and owners were friendly. We definitely needed a car to get around, I highly suggest getting a rental car as it can be difficult to get around without one. However, driving can also be challenging with the narrow roads! We did have to buy towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc for our stay which was a little unexpected. Overall a great stay and hot tub was excellent especially after hiking Path of the Gods which is nearby. Definitely recommend visiting Agerola and doing a bike tour with Cycling Amalfi Coast.

#### Amazing villa

The villa is huge ,it was just my wife and I so there was so much room,it could easily accommodate 3 couple or a large family. The villa has amazing views,it does state in the small print that they recommended a car ,taxis are difficult to find near the villa but are more easily found at neighbouring towns.The hosts were absolutely amazing ,they arranged car transfers,dinner and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this villa hosted by Caterina and Vito….their restaurant is excellent

We had a good stay here. The property manager Vito was very obliging. The property is as advertised and has great sea views. The furnishings and decor is a little tired. It has a grandma's house vibe and is due for a renovation. Only real criticism however is that there are no comfortable chairs either inside or on the terrace

#### Comfortable home with great views! Chef Vito cooking class a must!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay here; the home is quite large and very comfortable. Everything was found as pictured on the website. We had access to groceries, pizza, and shops in nearby Agerola (20-minute walk) where we also could catch the Sita bus to Amalfi (40 minute ride) where we took the ferry to Positano and to Capri. The home is the perfect location to explore Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods), a hiking trail from Agerola to Positano with the most breathtaking, stunning views in all of the Amalfi coast. Our host, Caterina, and her husband, Chef Vito, are a dynamite duo; very personable and attentive. We did the cooking class with Chef Vito at his restaurant, Melchio, and had the absolute best experience of our entire two week vacation! It was amazing, we learned so much and had the best time cooking in his outdoor kitchen overlooking the sea, and then got to enjoy the delicious food. We also enjoyed dinner one evening at Melchio, which we highly recommend; the food, the views, the entire experience was wonderful! And Caterina's dad picked us up both times to take us to Melchio complimentary; he also took us to the local ceramic shop, AM.Fusco Ceramiche, where we were able to purchase beautiful handmade ceramics. Caterina also hooked us up with Mr. Raffaele, a private driver, who picked us up at Salerno train station and also took us to Pompei one day...Grazie mille! We had a great time here, we rested well in the house, enjoyed the sun decks and mountain/sea views, and loved all that we did.

WiFi was not working. We are business owners who depended on it. Last day it was so-so. No hot water on the last day either. Yummy authentic food nearby. Beautiful view of the coastline.

#### Amazing villa

We had an amazing time, Views are spectacular and the villa was well kept. Only issue is the Wifi, if you are looking to do any work over wifi you will be disappointed. Other than that this is an amazing place and its close to everything. There is a market close by and a great butcher shop for amazing steaks, chicken breasts and home made sausages etc. A fantastic find!! You should stay here!!
