"They had zero backup plan for poor weather, and literally cancelled one of our booked days without any plan to compensate. We had to find our own accommodations for that night. Upon arriving the next day, the staff were clearly overworked and never had any idea what was going on. This hotel added unnecessary stress to our trip due to incompetence and poor planning"

"Close to train station - it’s a bunk house/hostel rather than a hotel - OK for an overnight stay shower OK bed was not the best for me personally. But OK for our one night for the Glacier Express. I know accom is at. premium in Zermatt but I will make sure I look closer as to what things are called hotels on our next visit "
