The room has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and wood floors. The apartment is above Aviator SmokeHouse BBQ Restaurant. Nearby is the Aviator TapHouse for live music and brewery fresh beer! Across the street is Aviator Pizzeria and BeerShop with a large outdoor patio and plenty of Aviator Beer and also other selections: seltzer, wine, liquor. Aviator Brewing Company is a brewery located in Fuquay Varina. We brew beer and distribute across the SouthEast. We own 3 restaurants in Fuquay Varina. Come see us and drink some beer! This room is located above a restaurant. Near the back windows are the hood system. There is noise coming from these electric motors. At night this downtown location has noise. If you need it very quiet this is not the place for you. Everything worked---no complaints---the price was great!! You will have some long 50s style steps to get up there---but I am 79 and had no trouble!!
