The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2015 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Beer garden.

Funtana. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. on the 2nd floor Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, central heating. High chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, saltwater, 4 m x 9 m, 1.5 m deep).
