Designed to offer maximum comfort, it combines contemporary design with bright, spacious interiors, ideal for up to 4 guests. The apartment features two bedrooms, both with direct access to the private garden where the property’s exclusive pool is located. One bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and garden access; the other is a suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, separate WC and direct access to the garden. The social area includes an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the garden and outdoor dining area. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and utility sink, as well as a guest WC located between the bedrooms. The private garden also connects directly to the condominium’s common area, where a garden with two shared pools are available. Guests algo have access to a well-equipped gym. offering two leisure options in one place. The private pool can be heated upon prior request, for an additional fee. This retreat combines privacy, luxury, and a prime location. AREA Located in Lido, Savoy Monumentalis IX is just steps away from seafront promenades, beaches, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Its location allows you to explore Funchal on foot while enjoying a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The perfect accommodation for those who value exclusivity, comfort, and an unforgettable stay in Madeira. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- A Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal.
