With a master bedroom that features an en-suite bathroom and king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a second terrace with an outdoor seating area. The apartment includes three bathrooms in total and a laundry room for added convenience. This complex also offers a swimming pool, gym, gardens, and private parking for two vehicles. AREA This apartment is located in a highly sought-after area of Funchal, with easy access to the city center, coastline, and a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and services. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal.
