The accommodation consists of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a functional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favourite meals even during a city break. The space has been carefully organised to offer maximum comfort, without compromising practicality, and also features air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant environment throughout the year.   
  
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a modern and welcoming atmosphere, with decor designed to convey tranquillity after a day exploring the city. Here, you will find everything you need to feel truly at home.   
  
There is still a common courtyard in the building available to all our guests, ensuring greater convenience during longer stays.   
  
The location is one of the main highlights of this accommodation: situated in one of the most privileged areas of Funchal, you will be just a few minutes away from the stunning seafront and the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Lavradores Market and the unforgettable Old Town.
