On the main floor, guests can unwind in the open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a high-definition TV, and a pool table. A convenient powder room completes the space, while a charming garden offers outdoor tranquility. The first floor beckons with a comfortable living room, a plush sofa, a generously sized TV screen, and access to a balcony with comfortable seating areas offering stunning sea views. Adjacent, an inviting dining room boasts a spacious table for six, ideal for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials for culinary creations, including a stove, oven, microwave, and necessary cookware and utensils. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Located on the second floor, the four bedrooms offer privacy and ample space for the whole family. Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth boasts two single beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. Santa Maria Maior is a civil parish located in the heart of Funchal, the capital city of Madeira. It is one of Funchal's oldest and most historic districts, known for its charming streets, historic buildings, and vibrant atmosphere. One of the main attractions in Santa Maria Maior is the Sé Cathedral (Cathedral of Funchal), a beautiful Gothic-style cathedral dating back to the 15th century. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Pas de PARKING PRIVE, stationnement dans la rue. Nous n'avions pas la clé du garage, nous avons du faire intervenir une équipe de dépannage suite à une coupure de courant pour juste remettre le compteur en route, pas de clé non plus de la cuisine à la terrasse arrière, donc faire tout le tour avec plusieurs escaliers pour accéder à la lingerie, casserolerie et aspirateur à revoir. ##### PASCALE C. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Katrin H. 17 janv. 2025 #### großes Haus mit tollem Blick Das Haus ist sehr groß, so dass man mit 6 Personen sich auch mal gut aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In 15 Geh-Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Parken war in der Straße auch kein Problem. Dafür das in dem Haus kein Haustier erlaubt ist, lebt dort leider eine Katze, die auch in dem Haus sich gut auskennt. Dieses war für uns sehr unangehm insbesondere wenn man eine Katzenhaarallergie hat. ##### Katrin H.
