This 2 bedroom apartment, completely renovated, modern style, offers total comfort and conditions for a season of remote work or a well deserved city vacation. Alone or together, as a couple or as a family, this property is prepared to accommodate different travel contexts. The good natural light in all areas of the apartment and the contemporary decoration transmit a very relaxed and harmonious environment, forming a set of combinations that add more value when combined with the practicality and functionality of the space.   
  
This apartment is perfect for those looking to spend a season in an accommodation well located in terms of accessibility to services and transport! It is close to public parks, transportation, restaurants, bars and several city cultural activities. With a living room that has a living area and a dining area, two bedrooms (with double bed), two bathrooms (one of them private), this accommodation can host a maximum of 4 people. The balcony is common to the living room and bedrooms, so you can enjoy a nice breakfast outdoors, contemplate the rhythm of this city, read a book, or simply sunbathe, with a fantastic sea view, mountain view or garden view as a backdrop. OTHER OBSERVATIONS  
\- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).  
\- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.  
\- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.  
  
ATTENTION  
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. Cleean, well appointed flat with a wrap around balcony giving views across the harbour, the nearby park and up to the hills behind. Plenty of patio furniture and when it gets too hot, the flat has efficient air conditioning. In short, an excellent place to spend a holiday

#### Great Stay!

Once we got checked in, which was a bit chaotic, the stay was exactly what we hoped for. The unit was clean and looks like the photos. The location is superb. Parking is close by. We only received 1 key card which was a problem (with 4 adults going different directions) which never was resolved. This is my only complaint. Apparently, the renters before us did not return the 2nd card and an additional card was not available to us. The beds were comfortable and clean. Communication with the property manager was easy, with quick replies. I would rent from them again.

#### Traumhafte Lage

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur traumhaft.Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und sehr schön aufgeteilt.Leider gibt es ein paar Abzüge hinsichtlich Sauberkeit.Im großen Schlafzimmer war der Kleiderschrank nicht benutzbar,da die Wand hier schimmelt und es sehr gemüffelt hat.Im Zimmer war davon aber nichts zu riechen.Haben dann alle Klamotten in das andere Schlafzimmer geräumt.Leider war auch das Badezimmer im Hauptschlafzimmer etwas mangelhaft,da man beim duschen,aufgrund des zu kleinen Abflusses, das Bad flutet. Dies hat man uns aber im Vorfeld gesagt.Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Wohnung in einmaliger Lage.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin.

#### Very nice Apartment

The apartment is very nice and was clean. Chek-In was a bit complicated because the keys were not in the Keybox and they were still cleaning the aprtment. But when Hugo arrived with the keys he showed us everything. Is also perfect when you have a car, because you can park in the shopping centre. Overall we liked this apartment very much.

#### Lovely positioned apartment in Madiera

Amazing apartment with views over the cruise ship terminal, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a wrap around terrace two minutes away from the shops, bars and restaurants, only downside was there was no swimming pool and in a resort with no beaches we did miss one Management team of Francesco and Beatrice were so helpful, we got to the apartment four hours early and was hoping for some where to leave our luggage but when we called Beatrice she came down and gave us the keys so we could have the apartment early, we hired a car and the apartment has a dedicated parking space in an underground garage around two hundred metres away but the entry card would not work he then came back to the car park to rectify really so helpful would definitely return to the island Beautiful promenade to walk with lots of greenery to stop and rest with a beautiful park opposite the apartment Byron Wales

#### Perfect location with an amazing view!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. We loved beginning and ending each day on the wrap-around balcony watching the cruises ships come and go. The location was ideal. It is close to a supermarket and shopping center. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, etc.

We were incredibly disappointed in our stay and ended up leaving our vacation early. Upon arrival at the apartment, we noted that there was only 1 bathroom not 2 bathrooms as listed. When we took our first shower, the shower drain was not working and the bathroom and nearby bedroom flooded. We contacted the property manager to alert them of the issue and used the few towels they provided to mop up as much water as possible. We did not hear any response for 5 hours and when we got a reply there were no specifics on when the situation would be resolved. Unfortunately, a cleaning crew did not show up until 12 hours later. We asked the property manager to re-arrange our airport transportation, but they were a no-show on the morning of our departure. There was ongoing daily construction on the floor above us. For the one available bathroom, there was no shade on a large window next to the shower exposing the user to a busy street below.
