All amenities you need are just a short walk away, with a great café/bakery just across the road. You’ll love my place because of its central location. It's perfect for wandering around Funchal on foot and a wonderfully comfortable place to come home to after a day out and about. It has superb views which look across the rooftops of Funchal and a view to the sea. Alex was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. He assisted us by arranging for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and also for our return. We loved going out on the balconies to appreciate the views, and used them to dry our laundry. The location was ideal and so close to the center of town. First of all, I want to point out that the property looks even better than the pictures. Very roomy flat. Beautiful floors. Has everything you possibly need. Host was accommodating in regards to check in. Their is a garage underneath the building, which is extremely helpful as there is very little parking. It's location allows you to walk everywhere.
