GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Leider war das Haus zu der gewünschten Zeit nicht bezugsfertig. Parken am Haus ist nicht möglich. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine sehr enge und seeeehr steile Strasse die wir nur einmal bei der Ankunft genutzt haben. Der Zugang über die Strasse Caminho dos Saltos und einem ca. 200m Marsch über die Levada direkt am Haus war angenehmer. Dort kann ein kleines Auto am Rande geplant werden. ##### Volker M. The access to the property is a bid complicated. Don't enter the dead end road which leaves to the principal entry. It is extremely steep and narrow.
