This elegantly furnished 2-bed 2-bath vacation rental is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and is highly functional with an open concept living, dining area, and kitchen all conveniently located in the heart of Orange County. The property is only approximately: 5 miles from Disneyland and 6 miles from Knott's Berry Farm. Self check-in and check-out is a very easy process. Must park in our private garage (fits 1 car) or on the street. The whole condominium, garage, laundry room, and pool area are accessible to guests. Do not park in the private parking spaces or else your vehicle will be towed, you must park in our private garage (fits 1 sedan-sized vehicle). Other option is to park on the street. Please do not lose keys, pool key is electronic and an additional 200$ fee will be charged if lost. The neighborhood is very quiet and is in a HOA complex, therefore we have a 90 decibel sound limit that you cannot pass for a certain amount of time (ex: lawnmower / power tools) You will get 2 warnings and if we contact you again about noise for a third time there will be an 250$ charge. HOUSE RULES: 1. We reserve the right to evict/remove any guests that violates our rules. 2. Locals must contact us before booking. 3. Our occupancy limit is 6. We will fine $50 for any additional person over the original booked occupancy total. 4. The neighborhood is very quiet and is in a HOA complex, therefore we have a 90 decibel (65 decibel after 9:15pm) sound limit that you cannot pass for a certain amount of time (ex: lawnmower / power tools) .You will get 2 warnings and if we contact you again about noise for a third time there will be an 250$ charge. 5. We will charge an extra $150 cleaning fee if you leave the place dirty. 6. You will be charged $250 for each day you are smoking in the apartment. 7. Do not park in the private parking spaces or else your vehicle will be towed, you must park in our private garage (fits 1 sedan-sized vehicle). Other option is to park on the street. 8. Please do not lose keys, pool key is electronic and an additional 200$ fee will be charged if lost. 9. You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur.
