This home has been carefully planned to cater to a family vacation, featuring a large, private patio area to enjoy the California weather. Located in a safe neighborhood, ideal for families, and conveniently within walking distance of a grocery store.

We have taken into account every aspect, both big and small, to cater to each and every new guest. This includes notable features like the Nest Thermostat, a modern washer and dryer, and remote access, as well as smaller items such as fresh shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, among others.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we have installed a highly efficient air conditioning system that will keep you and your family pleasantly cool after an eventful day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently implemented a tankless water heater, guaranteeing a never-ending supply of hot water. This house is a single family residence, single level duplex home. Guests will have access to everything in the house. The only areas that are shared is the backyard and washer & dryer (located outside, in the backyard).

Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay.
