Chambre non faite même sur demande, serviettes de bain insuffisantes, lits pas confortables, problèmes de cartes chaque jour, ascenseur indisponible, une seule machine à laver disponible sur quatre les autres en pannes. Pas assez d’équipements à disposition, wifi non disponible dans les chambres. Le seul point positif est le shuttle mis à disposition pour Disneyland.

Elevators not working, premises in very bad conditions. The place is filthy, strong scent of cigarette in the rooms and some guests were smoking marijuana The hotel is so bad. Needs repairs and remodeling asap. Horrible experience, and to top it off the beds very uncomfortable

Property looks tired. I keep staying here because of the price and I know what to expect I just need a place to shower and sleep when I come in town. Definitely needs some refreshing. The breakfast is ok but needs another hot item besides eggs and sausage, maybe another meat or potatoes. One good thing about it is that it has a shuttle to Disneyland.

The first room they gave me the eindow in the room was open. I was thinking this is weird. Then went to turn on the AC it did not work and the couch was gross. Looked like it had a Disease. I went and asked for a new room the rude ladie in the front state they had no other rooms. I 2as like ok where uou going to place me at and all of a sudden she had a room. Stay awY from room 113.

The staff was friendly and as accommodating as possible that was the only positive. We had issues with insects in one room where we killed a spider and a roach. We then were moved to another room where the restroom light stopped working and a technician had to came fix it. We then had no hot water from one night to the next afternoon. We had stayed at this hotel before with no issues but this time was not like the last and it will be the last time we stay here.

The customer service was good, once we passed the office/lobby we notice the place needs remodeling. The room had no air flowing no screen on window, air conditioner not working properly and carpet definitely needs to go smelled and dirty. To top it off no refrigerator nor microwave, would have been nice ti be notified we had to request them. Continental breakfast good as well as staff.
