Place was quite . Breakfast was ehhh but you get what you pay for. Rooms were ok i mean i was only there to sleep . After i complained on our frist night about the sheets being dirty like they re tucked them after the other folks left had some make up or some kind of brown stains on them

Overall, it was good. The lady who works in the breakfast area is awesome! But what wasn’t so great is that you couldn’t get a constant temperature flowing from the shower it kept switching from hot to cold and it had a slow drain so the water would back up in the tub.

We arrived to check in and they didn’t have our reservation and I had to go through hoops to prove that I had a reservation. Took over an 1 hour to check in!! The property is very nice very clean two pools one pool with kids and slides the other pool for adults. There is a bar outside that we utilized. The room was a mini junior suite had kitchenette, a stove, top refrigerator, microwave sink all the dishes of where glasses, coffee cut coffee maker all the things that you need. The TV was big and we like to bring our fire stick so that was compatible thank goodness Staying for two days we decided to stay one more night. I went down to the front desk and the lady at the front desk who was not very friendly at all. We tried calling the front desk several times and nobody would even answer the phone. So I had to walk around to the registration area to book the next night, and the lady was not very friendly at all Conclusion to all this, we would stay there again because everything else was fabulous

Check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was nice and simple. Perfect for the kids to get their fill in or start the day early. Security was out in the front everytime we came back kinda late. Good to know someone is looking after property. We had a pleasant stay .

The service staff are very welcoming, especially the breakfast service staff. The room is newly renovated, neat and clean. Highly recommended。

We have been staying at this hotel for years. It’s not exactly boutique but it’s clean, has comfortable beds and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Large Walmart and Target within walking distance. Straight drive through to Disney and much better value. You even get free breakfast!

This hotel was so close to Disney and a Whole bunch of restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again. The pool and hot tub are both cleaned daily and the pool is nicely heated. No complaints here. The staff that prepares breakfast is so sweet and they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay super comfortable.

Staff was extremely helpful and housekeeping did a wonderful job. My room was clean when I arrived and the amenities were sufficient-save for poor access to drinking water. Front desk was kind enough to give me a few free bottles of water when I asked about their lack of bottle filling stations. I also noticed there were chips inbetween the couch cushion but this is a minor gripe against an otherwise clean room.

We went on a family trip, very convenient their is a Walmart, Mcdonald’s, Gas station all near by walking distance. Their is a 15-20 minute drive to closest freeway. Property and area very good.
