The property owner communication was awesome from several days before our arrival until after we left. She was very accommodating... With regard to the house, it was very clean and in a good centrally located area. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to walk our dogs. We parked in the Toy Story lot which took less than 15 minutes to get to. While we didn’t have the opportunity to eat out often, we certainly had no issue finding options around us. Winnie is a very communicative and accommodating host! ##### Kitty Y. Disneyland is reachable without going on freeways, which makes getting there much easier. There is a close by grocery store as well that is very convenient. The neighborhood was also very quiet with plenty of parking. The house itself was very clean and had plenty of towels, bedding and silverware for our family. The host sent very detailed messages for check in and checkout and was very responsive for questions. I would stay here again if I were in the area. ##### Peter L. Our family came in town to go to Disney and from start to finish this was a great place to stay! The house overall offers plenty of room and has everything you need. It is close to Disney and beaches aren’t terribly far away. Winnie (host) was super helpful with the questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house has been recently renovated and it was charming. The accommodations were perfect with the bed sizes and number of bathrooms. It was located in a great spot for shopping and dining. A few things to note: the master bathroom counter is really small, the doors need WD-40, and we had to deal with sugar ants throughout our stay (I hear it might be a California thinAs far as cleanliness, it could use a deep clean. This includes blinds, baseboards, closets, under the bed, and corners, but in general, it was clean. ##### Jamie S.
