This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a newly renovated en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. These two bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The open-concept main room features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), granite countertops, and a living room with ample seating. The sofa also unfolds to provide additional beds. There's a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the private backyard that highlights an updated in-ground pool and jacuzzi. There's also a game room featuring a ping-pong table. We have strollers, high chairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Every room has a 47-inch LCD TV. The home has central air and heat, and Wi-Fi. This house SLEEPS 8 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors - MAX 6 Adults & MAX 6 Children/infants). Minimum Stay 3 Nights Maximum Cars 3 in our driveway No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 All major credit cards are accepted. A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking. A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required for booking. Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. Easy enough to put in the dryer and fold and put away but then I thought, if these weren’t changed, were the sheets washed? Or were they just turned inside out (which is how they were put on the master bed). Prefect for traveling with small children-well stocked for kids with “pack and plays” (we requested a second) and plenty of things to keep our grandson (20 months) entertained. The game room was used to play “fast cars” and the BBQ was also a hit. The checkin process was simple and painless and checking out was just as easy. The house is very nice, and the location is great if you want to do Disneyland and play at the beach, but the best thing about this property is the pool/spa area. We actually chose to leave California Adventure Park and get back to the spa over standing in a 75-minute line to do Soaring Over the World so we could get in at least an hour of spa time before the Anaheim city curfew. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, Walmart, Costco’s and clothing stores. The home was equipped with all kitchen needs, bathroom needs enough towel. Rooms were nice, Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for over a week on a family Disneyland vacation. When we weren’t at the park we were enjoying the heated pool, jacuzzi and game room. Quick 10 minute Uber to Disneyland. We did our best to follow the rules, it wasn’t difficult since we were not back until late at night and would go to bed right away.
