« Paul’s B&B is in an absolutely amazing and tranquil setting yet not a long drive from all the amenities you may need. There are beautiful walking trails right off his property and beach access nearby although you will probably never want to leave the property! The accommodations are beautiful, clean and have everything you may need. The bed is super comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. « This property was perfect for me, my husband and is 83-year old mom here for a UVic convocation for our daughter. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet suite with all the amenities we needed in a great neighbourhood. Easy highway access made it a breeze to get around. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again! »

« The rental had a private entrance, located in a lovely mature neighborhood. It was easy to find and only 20 minutes to downtown Victoria. Lots of space for 2 people and the bed was comfortable, lots of hot water for showers. A few filters for the coffeemaker would be helpful and a few more items of cutlery...teaspoons, butter knives, but otherwise well equipped for 2 people. »

« Our stay was great at the backpackers B&B on salt spring island. The location is great, very central and close to town. The B&B is brand new, the bedding is clean and the shared spaces are big. Beautiful property, with an adult slide in the back. »

« We went on a spur of the moment cycling trip to Salt Spring Island. The hills were tough but at the end of that error in judgment was the gem that is Hummingbird B&B. Highly recommended accomodations for those impulsive cyclists out there when Salt Spring Island beckons. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. Everything went off without a hitch. »

« We enjoyed our night in this unusual B&B. Backpacking season hasn't really started yet, so we had the place to ourselves. There are 2 rooms with 4 bunks each, and 1 room with 6 bunks. You need to book each bed seperately. There is a shared bathroom. It would be excellent for a bunch of frends to gather, or for individuals looking to meet fellow backpackers. The host was very helpful, responding to our questions right away. »

« We spent an enjoyable week here! The view is stunning, the quiet was delightful, and the host was friendly and helpful, but also not in our space at all. The suite has all your cooking needs, a lovely patio to relax on, even board games if desired. A delightful respite from the bustle of the city yet within easy driving distance to tourist sites, the beach, and shopping. Definitely a huge step up from starting at a hotel, and somewhere I'd return to. »

« Great location, peaceful and very comfortable. They have a yard for any occasion or event...I counted 5 that are perfectly manicured, felt like royalty. Inside was just as perfect with all the amenities for a large group. Very comfortable beds!! I will absolutly recommend. »
