Cons - bunkbed was broken and repaired with piece of plywood only half way though (super uncomfortable, couch bed underneath was comfy on one side as it was broke as well. No dryer, hang clothes only, no receptacles up top. The place is accessible by bus from the Hakata Train Station/Bus Terminal. Check-in was smooth using the IPAD at the entrance. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no lift but that was not an issue. The unit is very clean. It was great to have a small kitchen, full size refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower/tub, bidet toilet, and washing machine. Aircon was perfect. It was a challenge though reaching the beds located on the loft because of the steep ladder. Futon mattresses were a bit thin for our liking. But overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
