The room has a loft, which is very suitable for families with children. The sofa and loft floor in the room were dusty, so we did additional cleaning. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. checkin was contactless it's so easy for late arriving. Very comfortable and home-like. The place is on a quiet side street near to many convenience stores and walking distance to Hakata Station and paid parking. They could improve their internet speed as our unit connection was very slow. Not good for streaming videos. As well some of the filters and fans in the bathroom need a little more attention, but that is a small detail.
