Quite a sufficient hotel for a brief stopover. The room was small and generally well-equipped. Nothing stood out, except that the staff were exceptionally helpful.

호텔이 주요 관광 shopping 지역과 가까히 있어서 좋다. 그러나 complementary water도 제공 안 하고 아침 식사가 250옌인데 150옌 하는 주위의 다른 호텔보다 제공되는 음식의 quality 가 별로다. 즉 비싼 아침을 먹은 것이 후회된다. 그러나 호텔 staffs 들은 친절한 편이다. 다시 가기가 꺼려진다

Excellent experience
The location is perfect, as close to Tenjjn express bus station . Two large mall Damairu and Mitaukoshi are both within 300 meters . Bic camera and Apple store are another amazing thing , I would like to enjoy Richmond again in next trip .

Richmond Fukuoka
This hotel is close to the old Fukuoka subway all the regional and Shinkansen trains run from the new Hakata station. While the entrance to the subway is only about 50 meters away the actual station is a further 600 meters away. The hotel has a restaurant on site, taxis are not hard to get at the front door, shops are handy and also in the subway. The Richmond hotels seem to be fosusing on the local market rather than the international tourist, no English channels on the TV, or staff unable to tell us how to get an English channel, we stayed at two Richmond Hotels on this trip and found this at both.

Good Hotel
First time to stay in Richmond. The room and bed sizes are much bigger than I expected, probably compared with Tokyo hotels. The price is also reasonable. Japanese style breakfast is also nice.

A typical business/tourist hotel. Convenient to Tenjin underground and shops, although a little bit of a walk to the subway line to Hakata and the airport. The bed was very firm - typical, but wish it were softer.

Pleasant, restful enclave during what was the mother of tough business trips. Great neighborhood at the center of town, right next to the two main subway lines.

Used as a base for a two week stay in Kyushu. Great location for Fukuoka and the train network to the rest of the island. Very good value, nice rooms, not too cramped by Japanese standards. Very helpul and attentive staff. Strongly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Tenjin. Hotel is near to the shopping centres and eating places.

Really good value and great location in Tenjin. Not the most convenient for getting to and from the airport (a 10-15 mins walk to the subway) but once you get there it's close to great shopping and restaurants. Room size is quite reasonable for Japan. My only complaint is the shower curtains smell a little...

Friendly Staff, Great Service
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. English speaking staff were readily available. Very clean and respectable hotel. Right in the middle of Tenjin shopping area, close to the subways. I would definitely stay there again or at any of their other locations.

Poor location; strange street noises
Use public transportation when I travel. Main subway station used was Tenjin,which was a long walk from the hotel. Also there were strange noises--voices speaking on loudspeakers and sirens screaming throughout the night--that prevented my appreciation of the hotel. Based on these inconveniences, would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Very convenient
Loved this hotel! The location is excellent...quick walk to the train station and underground shopping city as well as to all the department stores. Rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. They spoke English, too, which was a great plus for us. They also held our luggage since we didn't have to leave the city until long after our check out time. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again someday.
