夜遅くのチェックインになってしまいましたが、フロントにスタッフの方が立っていてとても安心しました。アメニティを自分で使う分をとって持って行けるのが良かったです。化粧水や乳液、紅茶もいただけて嬉しかったです。

Very old, run down and dirty. Carpets and bed skirting stained. Strong smoke smell in the non smoking rooms. Most of the staff were good. Windows very dirty. Bathroom old but ok. I don’t recommend staying here. Only thing going for it is it’s location in Tenjin.

Entire building smelled like an ashtray. It was dirty and rundown entire room was not even as big as my bedroom at home. The mattresses were extremely firm we were only given one pillow and one towel per person.

This hotel provides basic things for traveler, other than that, don't expect too much. Location is strategic though, you can find everything within walking distance - restaurants, convenient stores, subway stations, cafes, shopping places.... Overall, I would say that if you do not have high expectation, then this hotel is a good choice

Good the price paid
The rooms are clean which is the most important to me. The staff are not so accommodating. The washing machines are crappy and one is broken.

Simple hotel in a good location
Ordinary hotel, all fine for a one night stay, but firm beds, and perhaps not so comfortable for a longer stay. Room was quite small and simple but for the price and location we were happy.

Needs improvement
We stayed here Feb 2018, Feb 2019 and Feb 2020. We enjoyed our 2 previous stays, but this time, it seems cleanliness was an issue. Upon checking in, there was a used tissue under the bed (dust was thick), and it stayed there the whole 3 days of our booking. Also, only 1 pillow was of regular size, the other was like so small and thin. It was inconvenient to get amenities from the lobby, unlike before when they provide in the rooms. I think they need to upgrade the toilet and bath to the newer set. We were in no-smoking floor but I could smell smoke at midnight.

Don’t stay here
The receptionist was not friendly at all. When I asked her question, she said she doesn’t understand English. There was no air con in the room. I went downstairs to ask the receptions. They told me to switch off and turn it on again. It didn’t work. Then I went downstairs again. They told me that the air con in the whole building was not working. We had to open the door. And the hotel was located next to restaurants. It was very noisy. We hardly got any sleep. I will never consider to stay here again.

During my walk to the hotel with my suitcase it started to rain, pouring rain. I was drenched from head to toe as I did not have an umbrella with me. As soon as I walked in the hotel staff noticed me and quickly went to grab a dry towel for me to use. Thank you! If available, this hotel offers an umbrella for guests to use during their stay. Lifesaver on unexpected rainy days!

Previous guest of the room had left their leftover bag of Jaoanese crackers in the cabinets. Housekeeping must not have noticed it stuffed in the cabinet space. Bathroom tile a bit moldy between the cracks. Yuck! Location wise great! Lots of places to eat & shop as it's located in the city. No ice vending machine at this hotel. Overnight parking at hotel is pricey!!

Great, but needs some refurb.
Booked really late, but was greeted with a smile. The building is old and there are some places where the wall-paper has been ripped in the corridors, but you can tell that this has been a high class hotel.

Centrally located hotel.
The hotel was centrally located near Tenjin station and not difficult to find. I could check in a little early, and staff was very quick, polite and professional. The hotel itself was dated, so the room walls showed signs of wear but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were also good!

Great location in a cool neighborhood
The hotel room was clearly aged but had everything you needed. I accidentally booked a smoking room and it obviously, reeked. But the staff was very helpful and changed the room promptly. Location was great - in the middle of trendy streetwear shops and boutiques, and the bus stop is close by too.

Good location
Very good location surrounded by many local shops and restaurants and wIthin 5mins walk to subway station. Friendly staff and personal service. Hotel cleanliness is acceptable due to older hotel. Breakfast was average.

Conveniently located, stay there for the second time. Very reasonbly priced. Suitable for shopper since it's right in the middle of Tenjin main shopping area.
