Hotel close by the train station
Located close to the Hakata station. Decent room size with basic room amenities in place. Thoughtful for the hotel to provide extension wire with two plugs since the room has few charging points. Was there a safe? I couldn't find it. Breakfast was ok. One thing I cannot agree with is the room key. Guest name and room no. is printed on the room key which counter security when I did not see any security staff at the lobby or near the lift.

Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the JR Hakata station, only 3 minutes walking away. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. Uodabashi just cross a street. Stayed here for 1 night. Wonderful cleaning.

A great hotel to stay at Hakata.
It was a wonderful experience for the 3 days stay we had at Hotel Leopalace, Hakata. The hotel is close to JR Hakata Station and 15 min walk from Canal City. There is a Seven-Eleven next to it and there are lots of stores around JR station. The staffs were very friendly; room size is good, room is clean and quiet. With the price we paid, it is excellent. We were also able to do our laundry there - they have washer and dryer on 6th and 10th floors. Ask the staff and they will provide you laundry powder for free. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again in the future.

Fine Hotel; Great Location
Overall, this is a very fine hotel. It is close to the JR train station and city subway, it has great and diverse dining nearby, and the staff is courteous and well-trained. The rooms are small but manageable. But,one side of the double/queen bed is against the wall making is awkward to get up at night. All things considered, I will definitely stay here again!

日にちをあけて、2回ほど、大人２人、子供１人で泊まりましたが、どちらとも枕２つしかなく、フロントにお願いして持ってきてもらいました。初めから、人数分の枕があれば良かったなと思いました。子供用がいつも無いのかなと思いました。プラスαとして、好みの枕が選べるのは良いと思いました。

Very disappointed with the customer service and how the hotel manage customer’s belonging and their staff integrity! I stayed a night before departure Fukuoka, I found out I left my pair of earring in the toilet on the plane and message the hotel to ask if they can mail back to me in my expense. However the customer service, HASAKO said they can’t see it in the room now ( day after my check-out) and nothing found in the lobby as well as lost and found. The house keeper, Shi who clean my room was on leave that day and couldn’t check with her. I told HASAKO the earring is very important to me, but she didn’t reply until the next day I keep chased her for an answer. HASAKO said Ski didn’t see my earring and nothing she can do. I emailed back and hope she can check with Ski again or anything the hotel can help, but no reply back anymore. Not only it is a valuable earring but it means a lot to me! I spent the money to stay in a 4 stars hotel because I trust their quality and level of service, but definitely not this hotel.

We arrived in the morning and asked if check in was available and a receptionist could have said that it is not possible in a nicer way with friendly expression. Overall the room was clean and staffs in general was very nice. During my reservation only smoking room was available so I had no choice but to stay at a smoking room. In the room, there was a air purifier which was not used in a long time seemingly. Turing on the purifier caused more dust in our room.
