Very disappointed with the customer service and how the hotel manage customer’s belonging and their staff integrity!
I stayed a night before departure Fukuoka, I found out I left my pair of earring in the toilet on the plane and message the hotel to ask if they can mail back to me in my expense. However the customer service, HASAKO said they can’t see it in the room now ( day after my check-out) and nothing found in the lobby as well as lost and found. The house keeper, Shi who clean my room was on leave that day and couldn’t check with her. I told HASAKO the earring is very important to me, but she didn’t reply until the next day I keep chased her for an answer. HASAKO said Ski didn’t see my earring and nothing she can do. I emailed back and hope she can check with Ski again or anything the hotel can help, but no reply back anymore. Not only it is a valuable earring but it means a lot to me! I spent the money to stay in a 4 stars hotel because I trust their quality and level of service, but definitely not this hotel.
