I visited Fukuoaka during the corona virus outbreak, and as a person with Asian/Chinese descent I feel like the check-in staff were extremely unfriendly to me. Further, I was booked into the shared dormitory, which I would strongly suggest avoiding because there's around 18 people couped into one room. Would recommend another place where there's less people in a room (eg. 8 room dorm) because there are only 4 showers for the whole floor, so essentially sharing this with 60+ people.
