I don’t remember reading this on the Expedia website or reviews. Thank goodness I looked at other websites and that’s when I found out. Check in is virtual…you need a code to enter building then need a hotel reservation code…the other websites said we would get an email which I didn’t so I reached out to the hotel and that’s when I got my information written in Japanese (which I am unable to read). The hotel room was extremely cold on the first night even with the heater on. It was nice having a washer dryer. We used the dryer to dry our bath towels as the room was too cold for them to dry on their own. Big refrigerator with a freezer was nice. Room size was decent and fairly clean. Easy walk to the train station…about 7 minutes. No matter how long you stay, there is no new towels, toilet paper, rubbish bags, etc. You need to purchase yourself. The check in time is 3pm and the system wont open till 3pm but better come earlier to line up because there is only one ipad for check in. The visitor in front of me take more than 10 minutes to process. There is only one lift in the hotel.If you go back to the hotel at 12noon-3pm, you have to wait for long time for the lift because the housekeeping person are fighting to clean up the room after vistors checked out. 이 가격으로 하카타역에서 이용할 수 있는 호텔중에 가장 넓은 거 같습니다! 사람이랑 대면으로 만나기 싫고 무인호텔을 좋아하시면 추천드립니다. 도어락도 전자도어락이라 카드키가 필요없고 안전하게 2중 잠금가능해요~ 양쪽으로 1~3분 걸어가면, 패밀리마트랑, 세븐일레븐이 위치해있어서 편의점 가기도 쉽고 생각보다 숙소 찾는 것도 쉬웠어요 하카타역과 기온역 중간에 위치해서 둘다 걸어서 6~8분정도 걸려요!
