#### 寝るだけなら十分 西鉄福岡（天神）駅へのアクセスが良く料金も手ごろです。部屋はビジネスホテルとしては十分な広さがあり、掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。フロントでの対応も丁寧でした。 バスタブはなくシャワーブースだけですが、素泊まりのホテルですのでこれに自体に不満はありません。洗面所がシャワーブースの中にしかないのは少し困りました。 総合的には満足できるレベルです。 総合的には期待以上でした。星4にしたのは求めるものが違う人にはお勧めできないから。ビジネスユースでは結構いいと思います。 室内も広め。シャワーしかなかったので長期滞在はどうしようか。というところです。建物そのものは古いかもしれないが中はきれいだと思います。 朝食サービスはないと思いますが、地下鉄駅に入る地下街にカフェがいくつもあるので困らないと思います。 facilities アクセス面で選びました。 最初に目に入るフロント部分であれ？と思い 民泊のような年配のフロントの方の対応 家族経営なのでしょうか、、、 お部屋もぱっと見最初は問題なかったのですがに入ると床が湿った感じかしてエアコン入れても床のカーペットがしっとり。 洗面スペースもバスマットの下は髪の毛だらけ、トイレットペーパーホルダー、冷蔵庫の中にも髪の毛。 洗面の排水溝に歯磨き粉のキャップが落ちたままでした。 お掃除なさったのかな？と とにかく全体的にお掃除が行き届いてない感じでした。 ドライヤーの不具合にはすぐ対応していただきました。 フロント黒いソファーの座布団みたいなクッションは自宅感で微妙です。 普通の一般的なホテルに泊まりたかったです。 ##### Miwa Stayed 1 night in Aug 2023 ### 8/10 Good 一つ不安だったのが、フロントは24時間ですがお客様が用がない時は基本裏にいます。そして、エレベーターも誰でも乗れるので、セキュリティーが怖いなぁ…と感じました。 一応、フロント周辺を通る時に「ピンポーン」と音は鳴ってるようですが、別にフロントの方は前には出てこないですし、ベルで呼んだ時には慌てて出て来た様子で…。 食事は、ホテルの隣にはセブンイレブンがあり、道路の向こう側には屋台があり、ホテルの裏下にはご飯屋さんもあります。 また歩いて10分ほどで西中洲まで行けます。 西中洲まで行くと遅くまでお店も空いており、食事には困りません。 博多駅までも20分あれば歩いて行けますし、バスや電車もあるので簡単に行けます。 なので、お土産等を買うのも困りません。 もしまた福岡に行くことがあれば、利用させてもらいます。
