Very nice and wonderful place to stay and explore the city, especially for first time visit and long walks daytime and rewarded with charming place … pool and gym is added plus together with kindness smiles from all the staff … I mean everyone to operate such a hotel and U wish there’s more time to stay:)

Overpriced and outdated.
Overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Our room smelled very bad, and hotel overall was not that great. Personnel was helpful though, cannot say anything bad about employees. Attentive, kind, helpful. But will not stay there again.

This amazing hotel is next to the Canal City , close to everything you need . Restaurants, metro , amazing displays ok the water fountains like Vegas … o loved it !

Nice property with easy access to the subway. There are many eating options nearby. The fountain displays are family friendly and are comparable to the ones in Las Vegas.

Amazing room. So much space for any hotel especially a Japanese hotel. Beautiful room. The bathroom was outstanding. 5 star bathroom very luxurious. Pool is amazing and the spa, onsen was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely small plate of fruit put in our room each day and was greeted with a birthday slice on arrival. So thoughtful. Great location at canal city and close to everywhere you may want to go. The subway and bus system allows east access and subway stop by hotel. Highly recommend Fukuoka Grand Hyatt.

The bathroom was probably my favorite part of the room. The bathtub was awesome and they even provided soaking salts. Room service was fast and the food was presented beautifully.

Amazing Hospitality
I just checked out from Grand Hyatt Fukuoka and had the most enjoyable stay there. From the luaggage handling, concierge services, checking in and out was seamless and smooth. All the service staff were so attentive and proactive. I must especially extend my heartfelt appreciation to Matsumoto San from the reception, I left my mobile phone at Osaka Airport, she helped to coordinate with the airport personnel to locate my phone. As my schedule was too tight to pick it up from the airport. She arrange with her concierge colleague to pick up from Fukuoka Airport. I am so grateful and awed with her patience, resourcefulness and kindness. Grand Hyatt will be my only choice whenever I visit Fukuoka in the future. Tham
