But the checkin process was cumbersome with an unpersonelled ipad with alot of questions. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room. ##### Kitsum ### 8/10 Good #### Cecile May 11, 2023 Liked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort There was food in the microwave, possibly left by the previous guests. Some areas were a bit dusty (vent, under the sofa, top of microwave and ref). We stayed for 5 nights. Our garbage bin was overflowing. There was no provision for garbage disposal, even if we had to bring it down ourselves. Running for the whole night and service system is useless even leave the message for them.
