We arrived in Fukuoka on a ferry so got to the hotel way before our check in time. We needed our luggage held until we can check in. Long story short, they did not provide storage service. There was no television in the room. I checked the website on hotels.com and it says there’s supposed to be a tv in the room but, alas, no. We figured it will be a quiet three nights. Also we had a view of the rear of the property, which was someone’s backyard. No riverside view whatsoever. Das Bettlaken kaputt und mit Flecken vom Vorgänger. Kommunikation mit Betreiber kaum möglich. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, eine Email haben wir bekommen, dass ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich ist. Danach keinerlei Antworten auf Emails und Nachfragen.
