"Staff were smiles all the time. Food was great - both dinner and breakfast. Onsen was fine as it was not as crowded and noisy as in the other free Onsen places. Shuttle bus was ready to drive us to and from the town centre (at specific period in a day). Highly recommended. "

The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The setting was peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only recommendation is that the shuttle from the train station should have a sign with the name of the property. "

"This was a family trip. We had an amazing stay at Oedo. Our room had a perfect view of the river. The onsen was clean and relaxing. However, our baby threw up on our bed and required us to replace the sheets and pillow. We were charged for the new sheets and pillow, but staff never collected the dirty sheets. So we placed them in the entry way. That was the only problem we had with service. We wish they collected the dirty sheets."
