Hôtel confortable et original. Décoration un peu spécial, cependant. Service impeccable! Bon petit déjeuner. Près en voiture ou en autobus des Châteaux. Stationnement pratique et facile. À proximité à pied du centre-ville de Fussen, à visiter!

Hotel très accueillant, avec stationnement gratuit. Le petit déjeuner coûte 8 Euros et est copieux. Le style Bavarois et Alpin est très agréable. Il est très bien situé pour la visite de Füssen à pied. J'y retournerais.

Super rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel très agréable. La propreté était impeccable. Nous avions un balcon avec une jolie vue de notre chambre. La literie était très confortable. L'hôtel est en plein centre de Füssen et se trouve à seulement 8min en voiture des châteaux de Hohenschwangau et du Neuschwanstein. Le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. Je recommande fortement!

Hôtel très bien placé
Hôtel très bien situé, près du centre ville. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre sur le château. Il y a de quoi garer sa voiture à l'hôtel. Bon accueil (même si le réceptionniste ne parle pas français). Chambre colorée, propre, bonne literie; salle de bain petite mais propre. Pas de chaine de tv en français.

Hotel senza personale, siamo rimasti bloccati in mezzo alla neve all’interno del parcheggio del hotel, nessun servizio di spala neve e nemmeno attrezzature fai da te, abbiamo chiesto aiuto tramite il citofono alla reception ma nessuno ha mai risposto e nessuno ci ha aiutati a liberare le auto. I vicini ci hanno prestato le pale e dopo ben 2 ore siamo riusciti ad uscire. (Ho pagato 6€ di parcheggio)

We used the self check in upon arrival which was honestly a little strange but there was quite a bit of parking available. The garden is very nice and the room was fairly spacious. It is easy to walk into town for food and shopping.

The bed was rather awkward with the overhead bunk bed, making getting in and out a challenge. The mattress was fine but the pillows gave no support even with two. This is the only hotel or B&B I've stayed in that didn't provide in room refreshments. They did have a machine in the basement where one could purchase a coffee. Also charging for parking in the drive seems a bit money grabbing. It's a touristy area which pushes up prices but charging extra for the things that one would normally be included is not good. One good thing was the bathroom and shower.

We stayed at Villa Fantasia after a day of travel and sight-seeing. We appreciated the idea of self check in to save on cost but the kiosk to check in took a few tries to get it to work. Check out didn't work at all as the kiosk said it couldn't pull up my reservation. It had easy parking and a good location. The building felt really old inside and our room felt old as well but it worked for a quick stay. Unfortunately the bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell and one of the comforters had a stain and hair on it. Other than that, it worked well as a cost friendly option.

Very small rooms but clean. Town is very walkable , we drove here and parked car and walked around town. Very responsive at check in. No breakfast or coffee. No air conditioner and it was a little warm. Beds were better than average but only one pillow per person.

I LOVED this place! (I misunderstood the check-in procedure so left a low review for that--hopefully that's been changed, because that was my bad.) But Boni (sp?) was great at explaining it and getting in touch with me about it. And he was sooooo helpful with what to do in the area, and he was warm and kind. The place is really clean, inviting, unique, and well-appointed. The location is also perfect--VERY close to a bakery/coffee place that opens nice & early, and also VERY close walk to the main drag in town. My room was so cute and comfy, and staff was always responsive to my requests. I definitely will stay here any time I'm in the area.

Fantasy Dream Come True
The single twin bed room was fabulous. Had two windows in the corner room. The entire hotel had a whimsical decoration style, including the unique tile bathroom complete with a golden mirror frame. Location was a short walking distance from the Füssen train and bus station. The furniture is simple, but very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well after a busy day at the nearby castles.

We arrived late and did not meet anyone from the hotel - our room keys were in an envelope on the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the basement was good - standard German fare. Parking was available but a little tight for 9-passenger vehicle. We only met hotel staff (by accident) on our second day and had to check out then in advance of our departure the following day as staff would not be present then either. Good place to stay if you just need a room and breakfast.

Very disappointing.
The key word in this establishment is 'BUDGET' and indeed this hotel is akin to a Youth Hostel or as they say in German 'Jugendherberge'. Everything is extra .. parking .. breakfast etc. Do find yourselves a favour and look elsewhere, would be our recommendation!
