The house was completely renovated in 2014. It is conveniently located. At the end of a cul de sac, has the terrace house on a beautiful and large garden with lawn on the children can play. Adjacent to the garden is the barbecue terrace. Equipped with a barbecue and lounge furniture. A further Eck follows the breakfast terrace, partly covered and with another garden furniture. Before the house there are three parking spaces available. The house has three bedrooms. Each bedroom with good beds made of solid wood, closet and alarm clock. Two bedrooms with flat screen TV. One bedroom with balcony. 1 bedroom which can be converted to another sleeping space with additional seating. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and large wash basin. Separate guest toilet with sink. Open plan living area with living-dining room, conservatory and kitchen. Beautiful views from the conservatory. Access to the breakfast terrace. Living room with sofa that can be converted into a bed. Flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player, Playstadion3, stereo, telephone and internet connection (Wi-Fi for free). Dining room / conservatory with a large table and 8 wild oak rocking chairs. Kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster. Extensive cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses available. In the basement is still a sauna with extra shower is available, which can be used for a small fee. Oct 24, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Space, Peace, Beautiful Views This 3 bedroom was larger than we needed but was one place that both called to us and would allow us a stay of less that 7 nights. It's a lovely modern home with streamlined, useable and comfortable modern furniture with nary a throw pillow in sight. Plus really cool window shutters (and there are Lots of windows letting in wonderful light). The heating and insulation is VERY effective. The kitchen provided what we needed for simple meals and I appreciated the decent sharp knives. Note that there's no cupboard for any pantry food you might buy but the counter is large. We don't speak German so we didn't use any of the entertainment options but they looked very up to date. The 2nd floor bathroom is nice sized and the shower is large although the shower head is quite small with lower water pressure. There are no extra towels so if you use one for hair and one for your body, you'll need to steal someone's 😉 or use the sauna towel (which is a lovely touch). The bed was comfy and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The dedicated parking was wonderful. The view out the back is so beautiful and the back and side yards are lovingly appointed and useable, especially if you have kids. The laundry being in the home was appreciated. The location was perfect for us. We felt like we were in a community but close to everything we wanted to see. Betten schmal, aber gute Matratzen. Küche bis auf Kleinigkeiten ( Kochlöffel, Topfdeckel) gut ausgestattet. Toller Wintergarten. Ruhige Lage, da am Ende der Sackgasse im Grünen. Badezimmer/ WC OK. Schöne Sitzplätze im Freien mit Blick ins Grüne und etwas Seeblick. Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus für einen Top Urlaub. Vielen Dank ##### Angelika N. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is located in central Bavaria & close to mountains, lakes & touring. We went to the Passion Play in Oberammergau from this perfect location, enjoyed Neuschwanstein & Linderhof castles. The kitchen is large with good cooking items. Ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Kochsachen etc.. Das Wetter war gut, so dass wir viel Schwimmen konnten. Hier kam die Waschmaschine öfters zum Einsatz, ein echtes PLUS!. Ebenfalls sehr ungewöhnlich und ein echter Vorteil für dieses Haus sind die elektr. Rollos und solide Fliegengitter in allen 3 Schlafzimmern !!. Das Haus ist fußläufig gelegen zum (Bade-)See und guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Mit dem Rad nach Füssen auf gutem Radweg 20 min. Jul 13, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Tolles Ferienhaus in super Umgebung Wir reisten mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn und einem befreundeten Pärchen. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit großzügigen Wohnräumen. Die Aussicht ist mega schön! Bis auf eine Grillzange (haben eine da gelassen) und ein Grillrostreiniger war alles soweit vorhanden. Evtl. ein Anzündkamin wäre für den etwas trägen Grill gut gewesen. Wer grillt, der sollte sich dafür Zeit nehmen, der Steingrill bringt nicht so viel Hitze. Aber das ist nörgeln auf hohem Niveau, man ist ja nicht im Zeitdruck in Urlaub :) Die Umgebung ist sehr toll zum Wandern, vom See aus, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, gehen mehrere Wanderrouten ab. Da wir mit 1 jährigen Kleinkind unterwegs waren, hatten wir dennoch eine gute Auswahl (Kinderwagen Wanderroute, am See entlang, Spielplatz am See, Badestelle). Das Haus ist für ein Kleinkind relativ sicher. Es gibt kaum stellen, die gefährlich werden können. Die Treppe ist durch Türen zu versperren, es gibt auch ein Gitter für Türen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und alle Infos kamen immer sehr schnell per Mail. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. ##### Marius B.
