The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they brought 3 additional duvets. They were always helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room and on the pool bar were lovely, I just found the hotel a little too big. The room was always cleaned well and we had a really pleasant stay.
