The apartment's location is particularly peaceful, as it is situated on a quiet street with no through traffic or restaurants, allowing you to enjoy living in the heart of the city without the noise.  
  
This recently completed apartment is located on a quiet pedestrian street, offering complete privacy and tranquility. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a seaside vacation. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV, perfect for watching your favorite shows or enjoying a movie. The open and fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare delicious meals with modern appliances and kitchenware.  
  
The apartment’s location is excellent: it is just 200 meters from the beach, where you can relax on the golden sand and listen to the sound of the waves.
