The property is located 500 meters from the Mediterranean Sea, in the eastern part of Fuengirola - known to be an excellent vacation destination for several reasons. Within 10 minutes walking distance are the quiet beaches and the abundant variety of restaurants on the coast, such as Chiringuito El Lotero, Marisqueria Los Marinos Jose and Mia\\'s Pizzorante Gourmet. If you wish to play golf during your stay, the property is 7 km from Torrequebrada Golf and 10 km from Mijas Golf. In addition, the apartment is close to the highway, which allows quick access (approx. 12 min) to Fuengirola and a half hour drive to Marbella and Puerto Banus for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Moreover, Malaga Airport is only 20 minutes away by car, or 30 minutes by train to Carvajal station, which is 500 meters from the apartment.
