The smaller unit, spanning 55 m², is located on the ground floor next to the pool area and accommodates 2-3 people. It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a small balcony overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living room. The larger unit, occupying 3 floors and 135 m², has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which feature double beds. It comfortably fits 6-8 guests, with a baby crib and an extra mattress available upon request. This unit also boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a balcony offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can enjoy amenities like a wine cooler, ice machine, filtered drinking water, and a 75-inch TV for a cinema-like experience. Each floor has its own balcony or terrace, along with a flat-screen TV with Chromecast and streaming services, including Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. The villa is ideal for longer stays, offering a wealth of comforts. The pool area features an outdoor kitchen with running water, a fridge, 2 BBQs, and seating for 10, along with a cozy lounge area for relaxed summer days. It's the perfect place for a family getaway, with plenty of amenities to ensure both kids and adults enjoy their stay. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and is very modern, featuring fiber-optic internet throughout, as well as air conditioning in every room, including the kitchen and living room. There are a total of 5 balconies and terraces, 4 of which offer breathtaking sea views. The villa faces southeast, ensuring sunlight throughout the day, all the way until sunset. The villa is located on a hill with fantastic views, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance to the beach. On warm summer days, many guests prefer to take a shuttle bus or taxi (5-7 euros) back up the hill, as the return journey is uphill. The villa is located in a picturesque area with many beautiful walking trails, perfect for those who love to explore nature. One of the highlights is the newly built promenade, "Sendero de las Presas," which leads all the way down to the Torreblanca/Carvajal beach. It's only a 3-4 minute drive to the beach, which is considered by many to be one of the finest on the Costa del Sol. The beach is wide, with fine golden sand and is very child-friendly. You you prefer to walk, it takes 15 to 25 minutes depending on the route. In the area surrounding the villa, you'll find a great selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The lively neighborhood of Los Boliches borders Torreblanca and offers a vibrant nightlife scene for those looking for entertainment after dark. Fuengirola's famous beachfront promenade, one of the longest in Spain, stretches 8 km from Castillo de Sohail to Torreblanca/Carvajal, filled with restaurants, bars, and attractions.
