The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and balcony. The property is located in one of the best areas of Fuengirola, very close to Los Boliches beach, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a local market with fresh products, Scandinavian shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a train station. A parking space is available in a garage. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. This apartment was excellant. We are an older couple and had no problems whatsoever. Mila is a very good host and although I only text her once I got a quick reply. The area of the apartment is within easy walking distance of the promenade and beach and all the lovely bars and restaurants. We were there for 9 nights and we didn't have a bad meal and good value for money. On arrival at apartment Mila greets you with a warm welcome and provides some fruit, cakes and jam which is a wonderful gesture. The place was clean and equipped with everything needed. Our family of two adults and two teenagers had a lot of space. Mila was a very helpful and flexible host. Balcony was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. Right around the corner was a big supermarket (Mercadona). Within a walking distance you can find a train station, beach and of course numerous amount of restaurants and other shops ##### Henna N.
