The Japanese breakfast was pretty good, and much healthier than the Continental breakfast (braised root vegetables, sauteed eggplant, chicken, rice, miso soup). There also was a selection of okay-looking croissants, plus vegetable juice, and inexplicably, potato salad, deli ham slices, and steamed frozen corn (I think?). I'm not Japanese enough to know if those are supposed to be constructed into some type of sandwich maybe? Anyway the breakfast offerings were pretty healthy. Hotel was new and clean. Room was smaller than I was hoping for. You can barely find a area to open a large hard suitcase that you have to open in the middle.
