"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. "Beautiful and modern hotel including heated floors and towel warmers in the bathroom with friendly, helpful staff especially when we only could speak English.
