This was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed at-I am very picky! The entire property is beautiful and the owners have given careful consideration to every detail. As a former general manager of a vacation resort in Colorado, I can assure you this property is wonderful and managed properly. The neighborhood is quick and safe. This was a nice place to just relax and chill. The location is not to far from stores or amusement parks. We were able to spend quality time as a family together here. The location is in a nice neighborhood but close to downtown Fruita and all the western slope trails. This is one of the nicest houses that I have rented during any of my trips.
