Dans la foulée , le poêle à pellets s'est arrêté(il mentionnait vider le brasier) j'ai donc employé le chauffage électrique et la gérante veut maintenant que je paie la consommation (absolument pas mentionné dans votre annonce qu'il fallait relever le compteur à l'entrée ,seul le prix du sac à pellets est noté) donc quand il est renseigné chauffage électrique sans commentaires ,c(est qu'il est compris dans le prix de base . LE lave vaisselle n'a jamais fonctionné , je l'ai signalé et j'ai attendu le tecchnicien annoncé 2 après-midi sans qu'il ne vienne j'ai donc décidé de ne plus l'attendre le 7ième jour sur 9 du séjour. Je crois que la panne datait d'avant mon arrivée car la gérante a dit tout de suite que c'était la pompe , je suis une ancienne ingénieur mais sans être une pro du lave -vaisselle ou avoir eu l'avis précédent d'un professionnel , je ne pourrais pas en dire autant. aujourd'hui à 11h15 , fin du séjour réglementaire , je téléphone à la gérante puisqu'elle devait venir à 11h ; elle n'était pas disponible avant 14h et voulait me faire laisser les clés du local sur la table. J'ai accepté de les laisser dans un congélateur vide inutilisé puisqu'elle insistait en certifiant qu'il n'y avait aucun danger dans cette région. les documents pour l'emploi des électroménagers sont absents j'ai aussi dû attendre 48h pour avoir de l'eau chaude car le boiler n'avait pas été branché suffisamment longtemps avant mon arrivée . Vous pourrez donc comprendre que je ne retournerai jamais dans de telles conditions. Meilleures salutations , Pirard F. ##### Françoise P.
