Tucked away from the hustle of town, but close to the shopping and dining of historic Main Street. Right by the spacious clubhouse with pool & hot tubs, and a gym. Pickleball and Tennis Courts. Store all your skis or SUPs in the two car tandem garage. Walk from your door to an easy, beautiful hike to the lake shore. Easy drive to local ski areas. 2 bedrooms on the top level with en-suite bathrooms. Fireplace and a deck. Park in the heated garage and your mountain trip can begin. Ski, boat, hike, bike or just relax and enjoy the quiet of your Frisco getaway. Hike around the lake, the trail offers so much: forest, wildflowers, breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Buffalo Mountain. Look for Bald eagles and ospreys, fish and foxes. Then enjoy the sauna, pool and hot tubs in the beautiful club house. Put some burgers on the grill on your private balcony and enjoy the cool mountain evening by the fireplace. There are 3 levels in the townhome - Two car private garage (tandem) is on the lower level. Open concept main floor for friends and family to gather, with a nice remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with plush seating and a balcony with a grill. On the main level, there is also a half bathroom with a washer and dryer and a dining table for 6\. The couch is a pull out. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor. The primary bedroom has its own TV with live channels, king size bed and nice bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin over full bunk bed, large closet and tiled bathroom. Living room - pull out couch and love seat recliner for seating around the fireplace. Wall mounted TV for a family movie night and a balcony. Kitchen - nicely remodeled kitchen with custom alder cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all essential to prepare your meals. Enjoy them at the dining table for 6. Bedroom - king size bed and en-suite bathroom, TV with live channels. Guest bedroom - bunk bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom. The top bunk bed is for a child only please. Washer and dryer - there is a stackable was he and dryer in the condo. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 during spring break. Shops and restaurants in Frisco are much less crowded than nearby Breck. We skied at Copper Mountain which was a quick 10 minute highway drive each morning. One downside - we didn't anticipate that our SUV wouldn't fit in the garage with the roof pod, since it easily cleared our garage back home... just a difference between new/older construction. Not a huge deal as we were able to pull-up under the garage overhang and only needed to scrape snow on half the car. Overall very pleased with the stay. ##### Jill J. The water pressure and shower heads are strong and luxurious. There's even a boot and glove drier! The kitchen is stocked with all the plates pans and utensils you need to make all your meals. The beds and couches are comfortable. The gas fireplace is a nice added touch too. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Michael P. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Great attention to detail with all the upgrades in the unit - nice furniture, bedding, well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms/shower. The host checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did because the check in process was so easy. Seating in the family room was super comfy with nice TV and fireplace.
