The location was good, the property was quiet, and the scenery out the back was beautiful. The negative we had with our stay was having the property managed by a rental agency. Immediately upon booking the non-refundable property on VRBO, I was sent a mandatory additional agreement by the rental company that required me to provide my credit card info, a photo of my driver’s license, and an additional photo of myself for verification as well as require me to agree to numerous additional terms outside of the VRBO agreement. None of this was mentioned on the posting or at the time of booking on VRBO, and I wouldn’t have booked this property had I know about these requirements ahead of time. In addition, the frequency of the communication with the rental agency was much more than I would prefer leading up to our stay and during our stay. ##### Chelsie B.
