Less than a mile away on Frisco's Historic Main Street is endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. From Main Street, you can catch a bus virtually anywhere in the county. The Frisco Bay Marina (also about a mile) offers stand-up paddleboard, kayak, and boat rentals. Catch the bike path to Copper and through Vail Valley, or head south on the rec path to Breckenridge. Mountain sports are abundant and easily accessible.

House was great, well stocked with everything needed in kitchen, including spices, enough plates/silverware/cups for large group. everything was comfortable, including beds. 1 issue with no resolution was the fireplace didn't work and i reached out multiple times to request assistance, but no one ever came to attempt to get it working (we were there 12 days). otherwise all was perfect for our group.

Overall a nice place and what we needed - 8/10

The house was clean and in a good location. Access to hot tubs at a nearby apartment complex was good. And 10 minute walk to Main St. was also fine. The outdoor grill didn't work. The dishwasher was hard to operate but we eventually figured it out. The dryer had issues - sometimes not drying items enough, and other times drying too much - it didn't shut off automatically and the laundry was really hot - seemed dangerously hot. The appliances and pots & pans were old and need to be replaced. Could tell this was a house that gets used a lot. Parking situation was perfect for multiple cars. Would rate it an 8 out of 10 overall.

Ski Vacation

We rented this property for a family ski vacation. It was a clean, spacious, well-laid out condo, with modern amenities and a updated look. Our dishwasher did not work throughout our stay, which created lots of extra work for a family of six and their dishes! Also, the master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and appeared to be worn out in the middle.

Wonderful place for kids

A short walk from an amazing playground, a patio with a fantastic view, and even some toys to use while we stayed. The house is beautifully decorated and made us feel at home.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet condo. It has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. One note, there weren't a lot of kitchen necessities like olive oil, tin foil, cleaning spray, etc.

Lovely home for a getaway

This rental home has a great floorplan, close to town, and a garage to park in. A few notes: Wifi is bad, community hot tub was closed due to Covid but we were not aware of that and was looking forward to a long soak, no mattress pad on the queen bed so the sheets kept pulling out, master bed comforter was dirty, and dinner plates in the cabinet had crusty food on them. We enjoyed our stay but these are a few notes I wanted to comment on for future guests.

Completely enjoyable

We liked staying here for our long weekend. It snowed everyday leading to excellent conditions on the slopes. The home was in excellent shape and had everything we needed to make it comfortable. We only had two complaints, one was the WiFi, with many attempts to fix it never provided a strong connection. Two, there wasn’t any humidifiers in the bedrooms. It’s terribly dry in CO and we felt like it should have been an option. Overall we were very pleased with the house, the indoor pool, and the area it’s located in. We would be back for sure! Thanks for sharing you home with us!

Cute townhouse. 3 floors so get used to the steps. Property is as pictured. Kitchen has supplies. 2 separate TV rooms so great if you have kids. Only complaint was the mr coffee coffee maker was lousy.
