Private Hot Tub!! FL102 Step out of the ordinary for your next vacation and step into 9097' Flats, where comfort, convenience, and amenities await you. First, let's talk about the building: 9097' Flats is new construction, finished in the fall of 2025\. Located on Main Street, it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants Frisco has to offer. The stop for the Summit Stage (our free, county-wide bus service) is nearby. There are great views of Mount Royal behind the building. The Summit County Rec Path and miles of trails are right outside your door. The building itself invites you in with a large lobby and gas fireplace. It also includes a fitness room (same floor), elevator, and underground parking garage with 2 spots for unit 102\. There is a coffee shop/bar in the building (same floor), serving up breakfast/coffee in the morning and small plates/cocktails in the evening. And then there's the condo: Unit 102 is a 2-BEDROOM PLUS PRIVATE DEN / 3-bath property, with luxurious finishes and all the latest features. Enter into a large, open kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for entertaining friends or hosting a larger group. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a feast, including 2 ovens. The dining area has seats for 9 people, and the living area includes a large TV with cable channels as well as a gas fireplace. The condo sleeps 8 people and bedding includes: King bed in the primary bedroom, King bed in the second bedroom, Twin bed with Twin trundle in the private den, and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The forced air furnace will keep you warm in the winter, and the air conditioning will keep you cool in the summer. The owners of the property have your comfort in mind, with in-unit WIFI, private laundry facilities, 2 desks set up for remote work (with monitors), board games, a Pack And Play and counter high-chair for small children, a vinyl record player for fun, and 2 cruiser bikes available for guest use in the garage storage. Last but not least, take a soak in the 5-person private hot tub on the back patio, next to 4 outdoor chairs with a view. If you get tired of Mount Royal gazing down on you, turn on the exterior wall-mounted TV and catch the news or the big game while you soak. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The condo was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The views were breathtaking — especially during the Christmas season — and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the scenery was the perfect way to end our days. The cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail really stood out and made our holiday vacation extra special.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas and will absolutely be recommending this home to our friends and family back in Texas.
