This is a great year-round spot for your mountain vacation! Frisco’s central location is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And Mountainside Snowview Condo is the perfect cozy condo from which you and your group can enjoy it all. It’s a great choice!

This cozy 2-bedroom+loft, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area features a wood fireplace and a brand new 65" Smart-TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a fun day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with granite counters and seating for six at the dining table and room for four more at the breakfast bar. You’ll love stepping out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful forest and mountain views!

You’ll also enjoy access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. Other amenities include central laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

3rd floor condo with the basics in a great location

Nice, clean property though water was shut off for a time due to a neighbor's pipe rupture. It has the basics and centrally located in Frisco with easy acces to multiple resorts, but located on 3rd floor of structure which is a real trudge to come home to after skiing all day. Clubhouse had 3 working oversized hottubs outside along with steam and dry sauna amenities. Covered parking was another plus to this site. Recommend more clarity with key box information via check-in messages. Had to request cleaning materials for dishwashing. Had some trouble finding enough blankets for everyone on the first night. Staff was responsive and helpful in addressing all concerns in a prompt manner. nearby hot tubs with pool

Very nice property. Well furnished and nice to have extra towels, etc for amenities (pool, hot tubs). Great communication from property management company. Checked everyday to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

We like the Mountainside condo for its central location in Frisco. It provided plenty of space for our group. The three flights up to the condo are the biggest challenge.

We had a great time. The property owners were great and there for us at every turn and provided what we needed. The property was great with the hot tubs and community house. Frisco is a great spot. Everything is easy. We had a great time and would go right back again.

This unit had many great features such as proximity to hiking trails and town, number of rooms and bathrooms. The clubhouse was close by and had many great amenities including a heated pool and several hot tubs. I found the kitchen and living space small for the number of people we had (6 adults and 1 toddler). Really, we couldn't all fit in there comfortably at the same time. Also, as noted in past reviews, the unit was a bit outdated and the stairs were taxing even for someone coming from 7000+ elevation. Just a few things to keep in mind if you're thinking of booking. The check-in process and management were really great and communicated well.

Frisco is a Great Community

We were overall very pleased with the property. It was clean, linens and beds met our needs very well. Kitchen is galley and a little small, but efficient. We loved the view out the back deck and the cool, non-humid, mountain air!! The 3 flights of stairs were killers in the mountain air, but we got good exercise!!

Nice place at a good rate

10 minute walk or easy bike ride to Main street. There wasn't really room in the parking garage to secure our bikes as the racks are full of owners dusty loaners.. The stairs add up very quickly which would be a problem for some. The pool key was missing and the random remotes for the random TV's were spread throughout the place. We were able to use the main TV only. The grill propane was empty, but was refilled and cleaned within 24 hours notification. The main bike trail runs right behind the condo which is awesome for morning runs/rides/hikes... I would have no problem staying here again...

Great location with access to bike path and mountain view

The property was great... Close to the bike path, mountain view instead of town view, quiet, and the pool/hot tubs looked like they were recently remodeled. Our family didn't experience any issues. If you have an infant or small child, be aware the railing posts/stiles all around the property (balcony and walkways) are spaced very wide... not that children should be crawling in those areas though. Just something to be mindful of.

We spent a week at this great condo. It had everything we needed and we enjoy the stay. A few minor changes, like new bedding and shower curtain liners would make this condo even better than it already is.

Good weekend condo in Frisco

A good condo to stay at that was in relative close proximity for skiing at Breck. Very close to the Frisco cute downtown. Condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teen boys, very clean. The only negative was having to pick up keys (that didn’t work anyways) when there was a lockbox on door with working key.

Great Ski Base

With two bedrooms, and a loft with two twin beds, this unit worked great as a ski base for my family. Overall great condition and clean. A noted a few minor maintenance issues that hopefully will be addressed before the next guests (broken dishwasher drawer, and missing smoke detector).
