Jul 6, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Need new sliding glass doors Property management was terrible as we asked to get into the unit early with no luck as the unit was ready. We had a family of 4 with young children/food that needed to be refrigerated and there was no sympathy. We could not use the upstairs balcony as the sliding glass doors do not work. There is no AC so the unit is hot. The mirror in the master bedroom is not attached and fell on my 6 year old. ##### keno c. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a clean place. Great location near ski resorts. Fit our family of 7 nicely. The lights throughout the place are very dim especially in the kitchen which made it hard to see what you were preparing and cooking. The hot water didn't last long to accommodate a large family. Instructions on the thermostat and the tv were vague. We could not keep the temperature where we liked it, it kept on raising itself making it very warm and we had to fumble around to actually find the right connection to watch tv. The internet password was wrong. The garage door code given was incorrect.
