We had a family of 4 with young children/food that needed to be refrigerated and there was no sympathy. We could not use the upstairs balcony as the sliding glass doors do not work. There is no AC so the unit is hot. The mirror in the master bedroom is not attached and fell on my 6 year old. ##### keno c.
